Video: Deep Fried Turkey For Thanksgiving

This video is from four years ago when I deep fried my first turkey. I have done it many times since and each time the bird turns out perfect.

The meat is juicy and you would never even guess it was fried. The best part? It takes only 45 minutes to cook and there is not a lot of prep work to do.

So that means more time to sit around and watch TV or play with your kids.

Here is the video. The deep frying came from Butterball.

I have not had a chance to smoke a turkey yet in my Big Green Egg but I can’t wait to compare a fried bird to a smoked bird.

Have you done either? Share your thoughts.

  2. Cooking is interesting but not simple at all. It is considered an art: cooking art. For a woman, good cooling skill will help her keep her husband beside. Having good cooking skills, mothers can feed their children well. Many families are firm and happy because of women’s cooking skill.
