Monday night, at the computer, telling it like it is. Day 20 was not bad.
It all started bright and early just before 6 am when the baby awoke. I went to get him and brought him back to bed to try to get him back to sleep. Great idea, until we got all cozy and I smelled him. Yep, there was a present waiting.
So the choice was, stay in bed and let him sleep, or change him which would mean awake time. I chose uncomfortable and smelly. I did not sleep but the baby did, past 7 am. So that was a win.
For breakfast, it was the first day of a new cereal for Harrison. He picked out Frosted Flakes yesterday because he thought it was Tigger on the box. He is on a current Winnie the Pooh kick, so any tiger out there is Tigger.
We were not sure he would like the cereal, but all worry was gone in two seconds. Yep, they were greeeeeeat.
The rest of the day was all about basking in the sunshine. We went for a long neighbourhood walk to see the garden center. This summer we are doing up a deck garden for the newest green thumb in our family. Harrison loves to water and fuss over plants. He must have inherited that from grand dad.
After lunch and nap it was outside again for some gardening and cleaning up the yard.
Then the UPS truck came with a package. It was a box of Angry Bird gear from Hasbro that they want me to review.
So that shut down all outside time as we had to go in right away to open and play. I will have my review up in the coming days.
It was fun although I don’t see the big deal in the toys.
After dinner it was back to Angry Birds, this time Harry showed mom how it all went.
Bath, bed and here I am. Still have to do some passport work before calling it a night.
Wow, 20 days in. Time is flying on this P-L thing. I will have to do a look back at the first month at some point, just to see where I have come from.
Until tomorrow.
