November is where the fall TV schedule starts to feel like a real season. The September premieres have found their audience, the big streaming bets are back, and there’s enough new stuff to keep the queue full without drowning in it.
Plus, November is the start of the holiday season, which is code for: let’s catch up on all the shows we missed all year.
So here’s the rundown of new and returning TV shows in November 2026 that are actually worth your time. If you want every premiere date, including the network returns and the reality stuff, the 2026 TV show release dates calendar has the full list.

The Gilded Age Season 4
Premiere: November 1 | Platform: HBO / HBO Max
The Gilded Age is back for a fourth season, and HBO’s period drama continues to be one of the most reliable Sunday-night watches on TV. I personally have never watched a second of it, but it seems to be incredibly popular.
The show has a way of making old-money politics, family feuds, and social climbing feel genuinely tense. Season four picks up with the same mix of big houses, bigger egos, and enough drama to fill a whole Sunday.
If you’ve been watching since the start, this is an easy yes. If you haven’t, it’s a good one to catch up on before the holidays hit.
Stick Season 2
Premiere: November 4 | Platform: Apple TV
Owen Wilson is back for season two of Stick on Apple TV.
The first season was a nice surprise: a golf comedy with more heart than expected and a lead performance that felt effortless. Season two has a chance to build on that without losing the charm.
If you liked the first season, this is an easy add to the list. If you skipped it, it’s worth a look. We did not hate it. Not a bad show when you are not sure what else to watch.
Black Doves Season 2
Premiere: November 5 | Platform: Netflix
Keira Knightley and Ben Whishaw return for season two of Black Doves on Netflix.
The first season was a sharp spy thriller with a strong cast and enough twists to keep you guessing. Season two has a chance to go bigger without losing the tension that made the first one work.
If you’re into the slow-burn spy drama space, this is one of the better bets this month.
With the latest season of Slow Horses ending, this is the perfect way to fill the void.
The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Season 3
Premiere: November 11 | Platform: Prime Video
The Rings of Power is back for a third season on Prime Video.
This show has been divisive from the start, but it keeps pulling a big audience, and season three is where the story is supposed to start tightening up. Expect more of the epic fantasy scale that made the first two seasons visually striking, with a plot that’s finally starting to move toward the bigger conflict.
If you’ve stuck with it, this is the season to see if it pays off. If you bailed early, it might be worth another look.
Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 3
Premiere: November 20 | Platform: Disney+
Percy Jackson is back for a third season on Disney+.
The show has done a good job of adapting the books without losing the fun of the original stories. Season three has a chance to go bigger with the mythology and give the young cast more to work with.
If you’ve got kids who are into the books, this is an easy co-watch. If you’re just in it for the adventure, it still holds up.
Yellowjackets Season 4
Premiere: November 20 | Platform: Paramount+ with Showtime
Yellowjackets returns for a fourth and final season on Paramount+ with Showtime. I am not going to lie. I thought the show ended.
This is one of those shows that built a cult following fast and never really let go. The mix of survival horror, psychological drama, and time-jump storytelling has kept it unpredictable, and the final season has a lot to wrap up.
If you’ve been watching since the start, this is a must-watch. If you bailed after season one, this is the last chance to see how it all ends.
Blade Runner 2099
Premiere: November 25 | Platform: Prime Video
New series set in the Blade Runner universe, arriving on Prime Video.
This is the big sci-fi bet of the month. The Blade Runner name carries a lot of weight, and Prime Video is clearly betting big on it. Expect a moody, high-concept story with the kind of visual ambition the franchise is known for.
The trailer has me very excited. Apple TV has been the streamer doing strong work in the sci-fi world, so let’s see if Amazon can keep up.
If you like slow-burn sci-fi with big ideas and bigger atmosphere, this is one to try.
The Hunting Wives Season 2
Premiere: November 26 | Platform: Netflix
The Hunting Wives is back for a second season on Netflix, dropping right into Thanksgiving weekend.
Let me get this out of the way. I have never watched this show, and I am shocked it’s even a thing. So why am I including it? Because it’s pretty damn popular. Almost to the level of that one hockey show everyone can’t get enough of.
The first season was a soapy thriller with enough twists to keep people talking. Season two has a chance to build on that momentum without losing the messiness that made it fun.
If you liked the first season, this is an easy binge over the long weekend. If you missed it, it’s worth a look if you’re into the drama-thriller space.
That’s the November lineup I’d actually clear time for. I update the Power Rankings: Top 10 TV Shows of 2026 every month, so whatever survives November shows up there.
