Video: Kid Loses It Upon Hearing Steve Smith Is Gone

I grew up with many sports idols and I even remember the ones that broke my heart. But my parents did not have a camera or the Internet, so I got to avoid having my raw emotions go viral.

This video comes from Guyism and features a kid crying when his father breaks the news to him about Steve Smith who is no longer with the Carolina Panthers.

I don’t even really follow the NFL, but I know Smith has been in Carolina for like 100 years. Talk about heartbreaking.

My wife and I enjoyed the supporting character in this video, the little sister who still believes in the Panthers and is looking forward to cheering for Cam Newton.

This is so wrong to watch, but still very funny.

It has been almost 6 months since my parental leave ended and a common question I get is, would I do it again, meaning be a stay at home dad?

The answer without even thinking about it would be, yes!

Why, you ask? Well, as they say in the Lego Movie, everything is awesome.

Here are 5 reason why I would go back to staying home with the kids if the opportunity presented itself again.
